Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the garment must:

  • Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • Be returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Upon receiving your request, our team will carefully review the concern. Once approved, and after the returned garment successfully passes our quality inspection, a Credit Note equivalent to the order value will be issued.

Credit Note Policy

  • Valid for one-time use only.
  • Must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Any unused balance after redemption or expiry cannot be carried forward, refunded or reissued.

The garment must be shipped back to our warehouse at the customer's expense and should reach us within 7 days of exchange approval.

Once your return is received and successfully passes quality inspection, your exchange order will be processed within 10–12 working days.

Kindly allow us up to 24 working hours to respond to your email during business days.

Returns (Store Credit Only)

As each CAMELLIA ROSE piece is made to order, we do not offer monetary refunds. Eligible returns are issued exclusively in the form of Store Credit.

To qualify for a return:

  • The garment must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Following review and approval by our team, and once the garment successfully passes our quality inspection, a Credit Note equivalent to the order value will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every CAMELLIA ROSE garment undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, should your order arrive damaged during transit, we request that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email support.camelliarose@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the damage
  • A complete unboxing video beginning before the parcel is opened

Once reviewed and approved by our Quality Team, the garment must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days.

Following inspection, we will repair the garment wherever possible and ship it back to your registered delivery address.

Requests received without an unboxing video or beyond the stated timelines may unfortunately not be eligible for consideration.

Refusal to Accept Delivery

If an order is refused, rejected, left unclaimed or not accepted at the time of delivery for any reason, the order will not be eligible for cancellation, refund or chargeback once dispatched.

Any shipping, return-to-origin or handling charges incurred due to refusal of delivery may remain the responsibility of the customer.

For Partial Cash on Delivery orders, the advance payment remains non-refundable.

Final Review

All exchange, return and damage requests are subject to review and approval by Team CAMELLIA ROSE.

We reserve the right to decline any request if the returned garment does not satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, including signs of wear, alteration, damage, stains, missing tags or any condition that renders the product unsuitable for resale.

By placing an order with CAMELLIA ROSE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our Shipping, Exchange and Return Policy.
