Made-to-Order Production

Each order is individually handcrafted with careful attention to detail.
Production Timeline: 5-7 business days

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, your order is typically delivered within:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Non-Metro & Remote Locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, adverse weather conditions or unforeseen courier delays.

Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

We recommend keeping your contact details accessible and tracking your shipment regularly to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Address Accuracy


Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number and PIN code are accurate while placing your order. CAMELLIA ROSE cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
