1. Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 2-day return and exchange window from the exact date your package is marked as delivered by our logistics partners.
If 7 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, replacement, or an exchange.
2. Condition & Eligibility Criteria
To protect hygiene standards and ensure product authenticity, returned items must strictly meet the following conditions:
The item must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
The item must be in its original factory packaging with all premium tags, security seals, designer boxes, and dust bags completely intact.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
We carry out multi-step quality checks before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately:

Your email must contain your order number along with clear, unedited photos or an unboxing video highlighting the defect or damage.
Once verified by our team, we will ship out a complimentary replacement or process a full refund at zero extra cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Send an email to support@camelliarose.com with the subject line: "Return/Exchange Request - Your Order Number".
Briefly describe the reason for your request (e.g., size exchange, preference change).
Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickup services across a majority of pin codes in India. If reverse pickup is unavailable for your specific remote location, our team will guide you on self-shipping the item back to our hub, and we will reimburse your standard courier expenses up to a reasonable cap.
Return Fees: For size or product exchanges, shipping is completely free. For returns based purely on personal preference (change of mind), a nominal reverse logistics processing fee may be deducted from your final refund amount.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Inspection Stage: Once your returned package arrives back at our warehouse facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to verify compliance with Section 2. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
Refund Settlement: Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The money will reflect back in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited directly back to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI wallet).
Exchange/replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via COD, you will be requested to securely provide your bank account details or a verified UPI ID. The refund will be completed via direct bank transfer within the standard 7-day timeline.
6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Once an order is handed over to our courier partner and a live tracking link is generated, it cannot be canceled. You must receive the parcel and initiate a standard return request.
